Job Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal departments & provide support on regular meetings for our Management & Head Office
  • Prepare statistics reports, presentation materials and others as required
  • Coordinate and draft departmental policies, procedures and business researches
  • Responsible for copywriting for business marketing and department activities
  • Provide support on daily operations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • University graduate
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience
  • Familiar with presentation software (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel or others) is preferred
  • Good communication, interpersonal and business acumen
  • Well-organized, able to work independently, sense of responsibility and detail-minded
  • Excellent writing skills in Chinese and strong command of spoken and written English
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered
  • Immediate available is preferred
