Job Responsiblities :
- Assisting client in day to day issues in relation to fund transfer, securities settlement, corporate actions, billing; liaise with internal teams to help clients in an effective and timely manner
- Ensure clients’ inquiries are appropriately communicated to Operations and follow up on related initiatives; Maintain and strengthen client relationship through high quality client service
- Assist to collate and analyse data to facilitate business and system development initiatives; contribute to the continuous improvement of Client Service and Operations processes and systems
- Assist to collect client documents and process paperwork to ensure client information is well maintained in systems.
- Ad hoc task as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Sales support or related experience within the financial cervices industry; Custody/Securities Services is highly preferred
- Familiar with capital market instrument and investment products
- Capable of dealing with clients’ questions and problem-solving
- Ability to work multitask effectively and meet strict deadlines
- Able to successfully prioritize tasks and coordinate several priorities at once
- Fluency in English, Cantonese &Mandarin is essential
- Proficient in MS office tools and both Chinese and English word processing
