Job Responsibilities
Provide professional solutions in relation to loan syndication financing for corporate and institutions clients
Conduct syndication loan origination and distribution on primary basis. Evaluate credit risks of potential borrowers/ issuers and identify credit weaknesses for deal structuring and syndication origination and distribution
Liaise with lawyers on closing and execution of loan transactions
Job Requirements
University graduate in Business/ Accounting/ Banking or related disciplines
Minimum of 10 years origination and distribution experience in syndication and structured financing (including but not limited to project finance, asset-backed finance, mergers & acquisitions) gained from international financial institutions
Experience in handling syndication and structured finance in Asia Pacific region is more preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure
Conversant with MS Word, Excel & Chinese character input
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
