【崗位職責】
一、 戰(zhàn)略融資與資本市場運作
1. 融資戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃:制定并執(zhí)行公司的中長期融資戰(zhàn)略,結(jié)合市場窗口和公司需求,規(guī)劃股權(quán)、債權(quán)及其他創(chuàng)新融資工具(如可轉(zhuǎn)債、股權(quán)配售、優(yōu)先股等)的發(fā)行方案。
2. 主導(dǎo)融資項目:全權(quán)負責大型融資項目(如增發(fā)配股、債券發(fā)行等)的執(zhí)行,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)內(nèi)部團隊并協(xié)調(diào)投行、律師、審計師等中介機構(gòu),確保項目高效、合規(guī)完成。
3. 市場洞察與分析:持續(xù)跟蹤和分析香港、美國及全球資本市場的動態(tài)、監(jiān)管政策及投資者偏好,為公司戰(zhàn)略決策提供前瞻性建議。
二、 投資者關(guān)系與市值管理
1. 核心投資者拓展:主動開拓、對接并維護與HK、USA及其他地區(qū)的top機構(gòu)投資者(包括但不限于大型基金、資管公司、對沖基金及家族辦公室)的長期深度關(guān)系。
2. 戰(zhàn)略性溝通:作為公司與投資界溝通的關(guān)鍵窗口,主導(dǎo)業(yè)績發(fā)布會、路演、投資者反路演及一對一會議,精準傳遞公司投資亮點和戰(zhàn)略價值,管理市場預(yù)期。
3. 市值分析與提升:深度分析公司估值水平,通過有效的投資者溝通和關(guān)系管理,引導(dǎo)市場發(fā)現(xiàn)和認可公司內(nèi)在價值,助力市值長期健康增長。
三、 合作伙伴生態(tài)構(gòu)建

【任職要求】
硬性條件
1. 教育背景:國內(nèi)外top院校金融、經(jīng)濟、會計或相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士及以上學(xué)歷;持有CFA、CPA等專業(yè)資格者優(yōu)先。
2. 工作經(jīng)驗:至少8年以上在國際投行、買方機構(gòu)或大型上市公司( preferably 港股/中概股)的融資、投資者關(guān)系或資本市場部工作經(jīng)驗。必須具備親自操盤港股或美股股權(quán)/債權(quán)融資項目的成功經(jīng)驗。
3. 資源網(wǎng)絡(luò):在HK和/或海外資本市場擁有深厚、可直接調(diào)動的機構(gòu)投資者和top投行資源網(wǎng)絡(luò),并擁有良好的合作記錄。
4. 語言能力:英文作為工作語言,具備與國際投資者進行專業(yè)、流利溝通及撰寫英文材料的能力;精通普通話?;浾Z為加分項。
Job Title: General Manager / President, Capital Business Department (Nanjing)
Job Overview:
You will serve as a core leader within the company's finance and strategy team, taking full responsibility for developing and executing the company's financing strategy targeting international capital markets (with a focus on Hong Kong and the US). Your remit includes maintaining investor relations and building a network with top-tier institutional investors and investment banks. You will lead a professional team, leveraging exceptional communication skills and strategic insight to secure optimal funding for the company's growth and continuously enhance its brand image and valuation in the international capital markets.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Strategic Financing & Capital Markets Operations
1. Financing Strategy Planning: Develop and execute the company's medium to long-term financing strategy. Plan the issuance of equity, debt, and other innovative financing instruments (e.g., convertible bonds, equity placements, preferred shares) based on market windows and company needs.
2. Leading Financing Projects: Take full ownership of executing large-scale financing projects (e.g., secondary offerings, bond issuances). Lead internal teams and coordinate intermediaries such as investment banks, lawyers, and auditors to ensure efficient and compliant project completion.
3. Market Insight & Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze trends, regulatory policies, and investor preferences in Hong Kong, US, and global capital markets. Provide forward-looking recommendations for the company's strategic decision-making.
II. Investor Relations & Market Value Management
1. Core Investor Development: Proactively identify, engage, and maintain long-term, in-depth relationships with top-tier institutional investors (including but not limited to large funds, asset managers, hedge funds, and family offices) in Hong Kong, the US, and other regions.
2. Strategic Communication: Act as a key liaison between the company and the investment community. Lead earnings conference calls, roadshows, non-deal roadshows, and one-on-one meetings, accurately communicating the company's investment highlights and strategic value while managing market expectations.
3. Valuation Analysis & Enhancement: Conduct in-depth analysis of the company's valuation. Guide the market to discover and recognize the company's intrinsic value through effective investor communication and relationship management, contributing to long-term, healthy valuation growth.
III. Partnership Ecosystem Development
1. IB & Broker Relationship Management: Establish and solidify strategic partnerships with major international investment banks, brokers, and research institutions, ensuring the company's competitive advantage in research coverage, liquidity, and financing channels.
2. Cross-Border Ecosystem Collaboration: Actively seek collaboration opportunities with other financial institutions (e.g., private banks, wealth management firms) to broaden the shareholder base and financing channels.
IV. Team Leadership & Organizational Development
1. Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, international financing and investor relations team.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
1. Education: Master's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field from a top-tier university domestically or internationally. Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA are highly preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financing, investor relations, or capital markets departments at an international investment bank, buy-side institution, or a large listed company (preferably H-share or US-listed Chinese company). Must have a proven successful track record of personally leading and executing equity/debt financing projects in Hong Kong or US markets.
3. Network: Possess a profound, readily accessible network of institutional investors and top-tier investment banks in the Hong Kong and/or US capital markets, with a demonstrable record of successful collaboration.
4. Language: Must be fluent in English as a working language, with the ability to communicate professionally and fluently with international investors and prepare English materials. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential. Cantonese is a plus.
