Duties & Responsibilities
● Collaborates with Legal and operation leaders to conduct workforce diagnostics, proactively identifying emerging ER risks to reduce employee’s grievances and avoid mass labor incidents.
● Provide support for employee disciplinary actions, performance problems, productivity barriers, and other issues to resolve conflicts and labor disputes.
● Manage and implement terminations, dismissals and redundancies efficiently.
● Boost good relationships between people leaders and employees by implementing various ER programs and initiatives, including conflict resolution workflows and retention initiatives, achieving improvement in employee engagement for AO Fuzhou operations.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EHS, Manufacturing, SCM, etc.) to deploy compliance initiatives that strengthen adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
● Design interactive training workshops and communication campaigns that foster ethical decision-making across all organizational levels, including third-party partners.
● Implement global HR programs and initiatives to ensure that all can be well implemented to support business development, including talent development, employee engagement as well as talent management (performance management and succession planning).
Qualification & Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, or related social sciences field (Master’s degree preferred)
● Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in HR generalist/HRBP roles with proven track record in employee lifecycle management, including complex ER cases and labor dispute resolution.
● 3+ years managing HR operations in multinational/matrixed organizations with cross-culture communication.
● 3+ years' hands-on experience leading RBA/ISO compliance programs with direct oversight of labor standards, ethical supply chain audits, and corrective action plans.
