崗位職責(zé) (Job Responsibilities):
- 業(yè)務(wù)支持:深度理解工廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)與業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略,為管理層提供匹配的HR解決方案。
Understand plant operations & strategy, provide professional HR solutions to management.
- 招聘配置:負(fù)責(zé)常州工廠(chǎng)的招聘,保障用工需求與人才質(zhì)量,控制成本。
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Changchun plant, ensure staffing & quality, control costs.
- 流程跟進(jìn):其他人力資源管理流程的跟進(jìn)和實(shí)施包括績(jī)效管理、年度調(diào)薪方案、員工保留、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力提升、繼任者計(jì)劃等。
Conduct other Human resource management process, e.g. annual talent review, support dept. manages identify, evaluate and develop talent.
- 員工關(guān)系:處理勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議,確保合規(guī);策劃員工活動(dòng),營(yíng)造積極氛圍。
Handle labor disputes for compliance; plan activities to build positive workplace culture.

任職要求 (Job Requirements):
- 學(xué)歷專(zhuān)業(yè):本科及以上,人力資源、工商管理等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachelor’s degree or above, HR/Business Admin related majors preferred.
- 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):5年以上HR經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少3年制造型企業(yè)HRBP/工廠(chǎng)HR經(jīng)驗(yàn),制造業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Over 5 years of HR experience, minimum 3 years in manufacturing HRBP/plant HR, manufacturing industry preferred.
- 專(zhuān)業(yè)技能:精通HR模塊(尤招聘、績(jī)效、員工關(guān)系),熟悉勞動(dòng)法規(guī)。
Proficient in HR modules (recruitment, performance, ER), familiar with labor laws.
- 核心能力:出色的溝通、問(wèn)題解決、抗壓能力,結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,懂業(yè)務(wù)。
Excellent communication, problem-solving, pressure-resistance skills, result-oriented, business-savvy.
- 語(yǔ)言能力:良好的中英文書(shū)面及口頭表達(dá)能力。
Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
